These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 7p7p ("Platform", "we", "us"). By visiting the 7p7p website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms. These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and are designed with players from Bangladesh in mind. All communication on our platform is conducted in Bengali and English.
General Terms
1 Eligibility & Age Requirement
To use 7p7p's services, you must meet the following eligibility conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from using our platform.
- You must be an individual — registration as a corporate entity or automated system is not permitted.
- Using online gaming services must be legally permitted from your location.
- Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
- You must register with accurate and complete information.
2 Account Registration & Verification
When creating an account at 7p7p, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Registering with false information will result in account termination.
We reserve the right to conduct an account verification (KYC) process at any time. For verification, you may be required to submit the following documents:
- National ID Card (NID) or passport
- Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address
- Proof of ownership of payment method (where applicable)
3 Account Security & Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Please keep the following in mind:
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- 7p7p will not be held responsible for third-party actions — if you have disclosed your own information.
Financial Terms
4 Deposit Rules
To deposit funds at 7p7p, we support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfers through major banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Deposits must come only from the payment method registered under the account owner's name. Third-party funds will not be accepted.
- If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please notify our support team.
- 7p7p reserves the right to decline any deposit request for valid reasons.
5 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings:
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold if account verification is not complete.
- If any bonus wagering requirements have not been met, winnings earned from that bonus cannot be withdrawn.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be held pending completion of an investigation.
- 7p7p may request additional documents to verify a withdrawal request.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
6 Welcome Bonus
New members at 7p7p will receive a special welcome bonus on their first deposit. The detailed conditions of this bonus are as follows:
Examples (calculated):
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳37,000
- The bonus can be received once only — per account.
- If you attempt to withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- 7p7p reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
7 Other Promotions & Offers
7p7p offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the promotion page.
- A promotion may be used by a player only once unless stated otherwise.
- Promotional bonuses are not withdrawable as cash until wagering conditions are met.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will be considered fraud.
- 7p7p may change, suspend, or cancel any promotion as needed.
VIP Program & Fair Play
8 VIP Tiers & Benefits
7p7p's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play. Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week. VIP benefits are subject to change at 7p7p's own discretion.
9 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
7p7p is committed to ensuring a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes
- Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts
- Any other fraudulent or unethical activity
If such activity is found, the account will be terminated and all balances and winnings may be forfeited.
Platform Usage Rules
10 Service Availability & Interruptions
7p7p strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, service disruptions may occur in the following situations:
- Technical maintenance or upgrades
- Issues with third-party payment providers
- Internet connectivity or infrastructure failures
- Legal or regulatory reasons
7p7p will not be held liable for losses caused by such interruptions. However, we will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible.
11 Betting Rules & Bet Cancellation
The following 7p7p rules apply to placing bets:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 7p7p reserves the right to cancel that bet.
- If an event in sports betting is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.
- 7p7p will not be liable for losses caused by internet disconnection during live betting.
12 Support & Dispute Resolution
7p7p provides support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email. Our support team is able to assist in both Bengali and English.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first through our support channels. We will work to resolve the issue within a reasonable time. 7p7p's decision will be considered final for the resolution of complaints or disputes.
Legal Liability & Other
13 Limitation of Liability
7p7p will not be held liable in the following cases:
- Losses caused by the user's own negligence or false information
- Losses caused by disruption of third-party services (payment gateways, internet services)
- Losses caused by unexpected technical issues or cyberattacks
- Service disruption resulting from changes in law or regulation
In any circumstances, 7p7p's total liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
14 Intellectual Property & Copyright
The 7p7p website and all its content — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — are the exclusive intellectual property of 7p7p. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content beyond personal use is not permitted.
- Unauthorized use of 7p7p's name, logo, or brand identity is prohibited.
- Attempting to reverse engineer our software or systems is not permitted.
15 Account Closure
An account may be suspended or closed in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Failure to complete account verification
- Account inactive for an extended period
- At the user's own request
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.
16 Privacy Policy
How your personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail on our separate Privacy Policy page. By accepting these terms, you are also accepting our Privacy Policy.
17 Responsible Gaming
